On one of your older blogs I read you purchased a katoji crib. I’m American and also have a katoji crib. Recently my daughter has started chewing the rail and has pieces of paint on her face. Do you know if the paint is safe? Is there lead in this paint?! Thank you! Domo!
Hi Kathy! So sorry I got to read your comment only now. The Katoji we have is not painted but Katoji is one of the trusted baby furniture brands here in Japan and so far I haven’t heard of any recalls/news with regards their products. My baby also had a chewing phase but thankfully both her and Katoji came out fine. 🙂 hopefully your baby is doing fine now.
